I am currently not a member, but are fitness classes included with memberships or are there additional fees to take the fitness class?

All classes are included in your membership! You can view the classes by clicking on the "schedules" tab, then "group exercise schedule". Also, look for specialty classes on the main schedule calendar. These are also free to members!

I have added a new class to my week since you've introduced the Friday night classes. Just to let you know, I thoroughly enjoy the classes that are being offered on Friday evenings. I have challenged myself and attended all of them. I hope this keeps up becuase it is bringing some of the more active members together with some of the lesser active. The focus seems to be on the exercise that least impacts the joints which is an issue of mine, so I am able to do what I can with tremendous instructors. I did attend the tai-chi class and found that very informative and eye opening about how the body works. I hope to see that class on a Friday evening at some time in the future. Thanks again for your club and instructors who are making me a stronger person after a debilitating injury.
