For over 30 years, we've made it easy to look and feel your best. With 3 locations, plenty of parking and easy access, we welcome you at any level of fitness. We are proud to be the most relaxing and non intimidating healthclubs in Southern New Hampshire. Our clubs combine a variety of activities and services, while individually providing their own unique environment. Members are offered more amenities, the best customer service and a special "non-gym" atmosphere. Our atmosphere is what makes us different from your typical gym. Men are not trying to "out bench" each other, women are not wearing makeup to work out. Our average member owns a home and is married with kids. They have a career and is not looking to workout 6 days a week to have the best body on the beach.
